Every 360° Virtual Tour includes 12 months of hosting at no additional cost.
If you’d like to keep your tour live beyond 12 months, we can extend the hosting period for a small administrative and hosting fee based on the duration required.
If your tour link has expired and you’d like it reactivated, simply contact us at photos@photoplan.co.uk for a quotation.

For properties located in remote areas, additional travel charges may apply. As most of our photographers are based in urban locations, please contact us prior to booking if your property is in a remote area so we can confirm any additional travel costs.

Not necessarily. We can collect keys from your office, meet an agent, or meet the vendor on site. Let us know when we confirm the appointment.
Yes. Every booking includes a full commercial usage licence for property marketing, covering portals, your own website, social media and print.
Tell us as soon as you can and we'll rearrange. We only charge an abortive fee if the photographer cannot gain access on the day.
